New session to start in September 2019. Dates to be announced! During this 10 week program we will explore the second limb of yoga (the Nyamas), learn new breathing and meditation techniques, and practice yoga, giving teens tools to bring into their life off the yoga mat to navigate a challenging world.
There are 8 sessions in the series. Each session focusing on one of the 8 limbs of Yoga. They do not need to be completed in any order. Open to teens aged 12-16yrs old.
