What is Restorative Yoga?

Designed  for relaxation and rejuvenation, a restorative yoga class is not your typical yoga flow. You will be guided into 5-6 poses that are designed to realign your body and mind, allow you to connect with you and quiet the noise in your head. Each pose should be very comfortable and adjustments are available for all levels of fitness! No experience is necessary.

What is Reiki?

A healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

By placing the hands lightly on certain parts of the body or hovering a few inches above, while the client is fully clothed, this technique provides healing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.  It can restore balance, promote relaxation and well-being, reduce stress, anxiety and alleviate pain as well as countless other benefits.  It is completely safe and works in conjunction with modern medicine.
